Terms of Service
Introduction
Welcome to WiFiAuth (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service provided by WiFiAuth. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Using the Service
The Service allows businesses to offer captive WiFi and manage plans, customers, and billing. You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and any applicable laws. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account or tenant.
2. Accounts and Security
Business accounts, tenant subdomains, and user accounts must be registered with accurate information. Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
Businesses may subscribe to paid plans. Subscription billing and expiry are managed by the platform. If a business subscription expires, access may be suspended until renewal. Main administrators may reactivate businesses; in some cases this may cancel platform-managed subscriptions as part of manual reactivation.
4. Content and Conduct
Users must not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to distribute harmful content. Businesses are responsible for their end-users' compliance with applicable laws and policies.
5. Data and Privacy
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Businesses are responsible for any personal data they collect in their tenant and must comply with privacy laws.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or at our discretion. Businesses may be soft-deleted and restored within a grace period; permanent deletion is irreversible.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiFiAuth disclaims warranties and limits liability for damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are significant, we will notify affected users or tenants through the platform.
